Dai colli della Val di Pesa, dove i filari delle vigne si alternano ai riflessi argentati degli olivi, le Fattorie accolgono gli ospiti dell’agriturismo in quattro antichi casali comp0letamente ristrutturati e suddivisi in graziosi appartamenti di varie dimensioni che rispecchiano il tradizionale e caratteristico stile rustico toscano. I casali si trovano tutti nella storica regione del Chianti e Chianti Classico e distano 4-5 chilometri.
Gli appartamenti dispongono di un proprio spazio all’aperto attrezzato con tavolo e sedie per rilassarsi in un’atmosfera unica, del riscaldamento per i mesi invernali e di tutti i comforts necessari per trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile.

From the hills of the Pesa valley, where the even rows of the vineyards gentlymingle the silvery glow of olive groves, the estates receive it guest in four old manors which have been completely restored and are now divided into several independent apartments of different sizes, restored and furnished in the ancient style of Tuscan countryside, respecting the architectural style of the period.
The Fattoria are located in the historical region of Chianti and Chianti Classico and they are 4-5 km away one from the other.
All the apartments are equipped with central heating for winter time and with all the facilities of modern comfort to provide a wonderful holiday.

Vom Hügel aus hat man freie Sicht auf das Val di Pesa, dessen Hänge abwechselnd mit Weinbergen und silbrig schimmernden Olivenhainen bepflanzt sind.
Die historischen Landhäuser von Pratale empfangen Ihre Gäste inmitten der herrlichen toskanischen Landschaft, Die Gutshäuser sind komplett renoviert und in unabhängige Einzelapartments unterteilt, die alle über eine eigene Terrasse verfügen, damit man die Stille und Schönheit der Landschaft genießen kann.
Die Einrichtung der Apartments wird den modernen Ansprüchen gerecht, wobei der ursprüngliche Charakter eines toskanischen Landhauses stets gewahrt bleibt. Alle Apartments verfügen über Zentralheizung.
Auf dem Gelände der Fattoria stehen den Gästen eine Boccia-Bahn, ein Schwimmbad, so wie eine Münzwaschmaschine zur Verfügung. Mountainbikes und Fernseher können gemietet werden.
Das Landgut Pratale liegt auf einem der Hügel bei Florenz und ist nur etwa 15 Minuten von Zentrum der toskanischen Hauptstadt entfernt.
Von Pratale aus können viele Ausflüge zu den zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung gemacht werden, denn die Schnellstraße Florenz-Siena ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sambuca, ein kleiner Ort in nur 3 km Entfernung, bietet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, verschiedene Kunsthandwerkstätten und Restaurants.
In der Nähe liegt auch die sehenswerte Abtei Badia a Passignano mit Kreuzgang und Krypta aus dem Jahre 1000. Mit dem Auto ist man in gut einer Stunde am Meer.
